Are inflatable units safe?
All of our inflatables are made in America and have been assembled in accordance with Pennsylvania and New Jersey state guidelines for amusement ride safety. All units are registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Bureau of Ride and Measurement Standards. The Bureau's Amusement Ride Safety Program serves citizens and visitors by enforcing the safety laws specific to amusement rides and attractions, keeping them safe when enjoying leisure time. Pennsylvania requires all inflatable rental companies to register not only their company but each piece of equipment with them. The regulations ensure that the units we purchased have been studied by the state of Pennsylvania and are deemed safe to use. We are fully licensed and insured, have licenses for each unit, and all of our units are inspected by a certified PA amusement ride inspector prior to use.
Following key safety rules and the manufacturers instructions will maximize the opportunity for fun and minimize the chance for an accident.
What are the safety rules for rental units?
Our first priority is safety for you and your guests. All units are fully compliant with Pennsylvania guidelines and are individually inspected by an on-site PA Amusement Park inspector after setup. Safety rules are reviewed with all customers.
The following safety rules MUST be followed and are included in our rental agreement:
•Unit(s) must each be attended by an operator at ALL times! We can provide Ride Attendants to watch your rental unit while you entertain your guest and enjoy your party.
•Should it become windy remove all riders from unit and turn unit OFF! Unit is not to be used in winds exceeding 20mph.
•Adhere to the maximum number of riders and/or weight limit which is listed on each individual unit.
•Only compatible age groups and sizes should be on the unit(s) at the same time.
•All riders must remove shoes before entering unit(s). All riders must remove glasses, belts, and necklaces before entering.
•NO drinks, food, gum or any objects permitted in the unit(s) at any time.
•Long hair is to be pulled back while on unit(s).
•Flips and rough housing are NOT allowed!
•Do not allow riders to hang, jump or run on netting.
•Should unit begin to deflate or move from its original position, remove ALL riders. Refer to operations manual or call us. Follow all instructions in unit Owner Manual.
Are our units registered for use in Pennsylvania?
Yes. All of our units are registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Bureau of Ride and Measurement Standards. We have licenses for each unit.
Are we insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and can provide at no cost a certificate of insurance with your organization as an additional insured if you need this.
How far in advance should we make a reservation for our event?
That depends on when your event is and which units you are looking to rent. Our busy season is from May to September and there are many reservations that are 6 months or more in advance. If your event is within 48 hours, please call us at (866) 989-JUMP to confirm availability. We usually prepare the schedule for the weekend on Tuesday and need time to get units ready and schedule the delivery team.
How much time do I have to make changes or cancel?
You can make changes up until the close of business the day before your event. We will call you the day before the event to confirm the reservation along with the delivery and pickup times.
What is the cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable and no refunds will be made after the equipment has been delivered. We will offer a full credit if your reservation is canceled by 6:00am on the date of your event. You can reschedule to another date without a fee. If you reschedule, you can reserve the same unit or a similar unit depending on availability. Once units are delivered, full payment is expected.
What are the setup requirements?
All rental units must be set up on a flat area with no more than a 10% grade. We ask that you check prior to delivery that there are not any sharp objects, such as rocks, sticks, as well as pet droppings in the area you are planning for set up. We also request an area without low hanging branches and power lines. Black top (such as driveways and street) is acceptable. However, we need to know in advance to bring sandbags to secure the unit.
We also suggest a grounded 20 amp outlet to run the blower that inflates the unit. These can usually be found in your laundry area.

What does the price include?
The price includes the rental of the unit along with setup and teardown of all equipment.
What is your delivery area?
We deliver to Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, and parts of Lancaster and Berks counties in Pennsylvania.
Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 75' of the unit or a generator.
